Returns:
i) All orders must be fully paid for prior to despatch. All instruments carry a 2-Year warranty, probes carry a 1 year warranty, and therefore if faulty, due to workmanship will be repaired or replaced. Please notify us by e-mail of your wish to return the goods, explaining the problem. We will acknowledge your email with a reply. Please quote your tax invoice number if the item is deemed to be returnable due to a fault. Damaged or worn items will not be accepted, other than a warranty issue.
ii) Misuse or breakages will NOT be accepted for a warranty return. If an item is received in a non-working condition, you must inform us and should you wish to return the item to us for repair or replacement, it must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. In cases where a customer wishes to return a non-faulty item, Provo Insturmentation Pty Ltd reseves the right to apply a 20% re-stocking fee.
iii) A decision to accept or refuse a non-warranty return is at the complete discretion of Provo Instrumentation Pty Ltd. Definition of faults are at the discretion of Provo Insturmentation Pty Ltd. Please note that a no refund will apply to returned items not bearing a tax invoice number issued by us. Return shipping cost will also be the responsibility of the customer. By placing your order for goods, this constities an agreement of these terms and conditions
Changes, Cancellations & Credit Returns:
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Provo, Provo will not accept the return of any Goods for any reasons where the Goods are opened, or not in their original packaging.
Goods which are damaged, faulty, defective, spoilt, expired are only acceptable for return to the extent required by law provided that conditions set out in the following clause are met.
All Goods returned
(a) must be returned to Provo at Provo’s place of business and at the Purchaser’s sole cost and expense; and
(b) must be received by Provo within 14 days from the date on which the Goods are first delivered to the Purchaser.
Changes to and/or cancellations of any order made by the Purchaser are accepted by Provo only in respect of goods, which are normally held in local stocks. Such changes and or cancellations must be made in writing within 15 days of receipt by Provo of Purchaser’s order.
